Medha is currently driving transformative initiatives as the Director of Special Projects and Technology Transfer at IP Bazzaar and Patentwire. Her role encompasses a spectrum of responsibilities, from facilitating seamless technology transfers and IP commercialization to providing technology consultation. With a keen eye on the future, she excels in Technology Portfolio Management, Technology In-Out Search, and Whitespace Analysis.
Drawing her experience from steering numerous Govt. funded projects during her PhD research, she brings a wealth of project management expertise to the table. Her journey as a researcher has fortified her skills in collaboration and team leadership. She believes in creating synergies that drive innovation and foster a dynamic team environment.
